Criterion Goes Afro with 'Blood and Guts'

NEW YORK -- An authentic African village, complete with artifacts, dancing Afro-girls and drums will be the theme in the lobby of the Criterion Theatre in connection with Cinemation Industries' AFRICA BLOOD AND GUTS which opens Friday.

According to Larry Morris, of the M.S. Moss circuit which operates the theatre, the lobby will have a decorated ceiling and a grass-covered floor with a beaten path for patrons to move on. The box office will be dressed as an African hutch.
